About Wholetherapy
Wholetherapy is an integrated psychotherapy practice providing counselling therapy services to address the underlying causes of pain and acute mental health symptoms to a variety of populations.
At Wholetherapy, our practice is deeply rooted in understanding and nurturing your mental health through evidence-based and compassionate methods. We draw from mindfulness practices and the latest research in the neurobiology of trauma to offer a supportive healing environment.
