About

A little more about me

I'm a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and the often-invisible challenges that come with living with disabilities you can't see.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor each session to what you actually need. The goal is building resilience, finding effective coping strategies, and taking real steps toward healing.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in case management with the Department of Community Services and in policy development with the Department of Health and Wellness. Those experiences deepened my understanding of how systemic and personal factors intersect in shaping mental health.

I'm committed to a supportive, collaborative, non-judgmental space. You'll be heard here. I see clients in Halifax and Dartmouth, and online across Nova Scotia.
