I'm passionate about helping people build a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who they actually are. Not who they've been told to be.

About

A little more about me

I'm a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. My education and work with the Women's Therapy Center has shaped how I show up in sessions: focused on uplifting, empowering, and helping people understand themselves at a deeper level.

I hold a special place in my practice for neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. My own lived experience informs how I work, allowing me to offer the kind of empathy and understanding that comes from actually getting it.

I work with women and gender-expansive individuals navigating trauma, body image, burnout, spiritual wounds, and relationship challenges. Whatever brings you in, the goal is to help you find self-acceptance and create a life that feels like yours.

My approach is humanistic, person-centred, feminist, and neuro-affirming. I primarily draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy, with somatic practices integrated where helpful.
